I am a believer that you create your reality. That life is your perception. And to be clear I DO NOT believe it's meant to be easy. It's only easy when you are not challenging yourself when you are playing safe "status quo". And because we all have free will, we have the choice to think what we want and do as we desire. There may be consequences for your actions, however you decide if you are willing to take that chance.
Optimal Morning Ritual for Holistic Wellness:
Begin your morning ritual with gentle lymphatic drainage exercises. Incorporate light stretching, arm circles, and neck movements to stimulate lymphatic flow. This aids in detoxification and promotes overall well-being.
Practice positive affirmations to set a positive tone for the day. Affirm your intentions, acknowledge your strengths, and visualize success. Repeat these affirmations with conviction to cultivate a positive mindset.
Take a moment for gratitude. Reflect on three things you're thankful for, whether big or small. Expressing gratitude can shift your focus to the positive aspects of your life and enhance your overall mental well-being.
